1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Blog Platform ("we", "our", or "us") governing your use of our platform hosted at https://blog.shrey.online.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting blog articles, or interacting with features, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.

2. User Accounts & Authentication

To publish content, join collaborative workspace teams, or engage in community discussions, you must create an account. You can register using:

  • Third-Party OAuth: Google Identity Services or GitHub OAuth.
  • Passwordless Magic Links: Verifying your email address via Resend.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your session tokens and authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content Ownership & Licenses

You retain complete ownership: You retain all copyright, moral rights, and intellectual property rights to the articles, comments, text, code snippets, and images that you author and submit to Blog Platform.

Limited License to Blog Platform: By submitting or publishing content on our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, format, index, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the service and delivering your content to readers.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and consents for any content you publish, and that your content does not infringe upon third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

You agree not to use Blog Platform to:

  • Publish unlawful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, hateful, or violently graphic material.
  • Distribute malicious code, trojans, worms, computer viruses, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
  • Engage in automated scraping, aggressive rate-limit circumvention, or denial-of-service attempts.
  • Impersonate any individual, organization, public figure, or falsely state affiliation with any entity.
  • Deploy automated spam bots, affiliate link farms, or deceptive link networks.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice

We respect the intellectual property of creators. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify our copyright agent at support@mail.shrey.online with:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • The exact URL of the material claimed to be infringing.
  • Your contact details (name, email address, phone number).
  • A statement made in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner.

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the services at our discretion, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct detrimental to the community or platform security.

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion via support@mail.shrey.online.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

Blog Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blog Platform and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the platform.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after revised Terms become effective signifies your agreement to the new terms.
